Healthy lifestyle includes essential elements such as a balanced diet, regular exercise, stress management, proper sleep, and routine healthcare.


Balanced diet

It is diet that provides the body with the essential nutrients needed to maintain or improve the overall health. Essential nutrients include macronutrients (fats, protein, and carbohydrates) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals)

Nutrients are chemicals substances obtained from food and used in body to provide energy, structural materials and regulating agents, to support growth maintenance and repair of body's tissue.
